When I visited Dr. Elizabeth I thought It would be an” in and out “ appointment where I would be getting a facial with gems (duh, wasn’t that the name of what I signed up for?) , but OMG, was I wrong! It was so much more than that.

Here’s a look into what my morning was like, but like, the very shortened version cause if I really go into detail, this would turn into a coffee date.

Working from home is hard AF! Motivation needs to be next level high, resisting the bed calling your name is no joke and ignoring the chores is seriously close to impossible, especially if you don’t have your own little space where you know that when you are there, you mean business!

Until I figured this out, I would just plop my laptop on my lap and work while I sat on my bed under the covers and would barely get sh*t done. I decided then to build myself a home office, but like for real…a desk, a bookshelf, a mini stapler…you know, the necessities!


So I picked a corner in the master that was just a massive dead space and 💫voila! I built…I sat…I worked!

Ok let's make this quick and absolutely pain-LESS, yes?! First of all, what are plyometric moves?

PLY*O*METRICS: also known as jump training, are exercises in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of increasing power (speed-strength) 

Now that we got that out of the way, let's get into the nitty-gritty when it comes to Plyometrics. Most people tend to hate i because at some point or another they have tried it and perhaps felt some sord of pain or worse, they look at it and assume it's gonna hurt. Well it's not supposed to...not at all...soreness yess, pain NO! Here's why:

LASER HAIR REMOVAL 101

Hands up if you....wait did you even shave your armpits to be able to put your hands up? <- THAT was a constant thought I had every time I wore a tank top, bikini, dress and quite frankly, that is no way to live!

About 1 year ago, I came across @reflections.wellness and went in for my first consultation on everything laser hair removal. I had so many questions like, will it hurt? Is it permanent? will it damage my skin? and as soon as I sat down and looked at that huge machine i got so super nervous. (So nervous that I sweat so much, it looked like police tape where a murdered body had been!)
