anywhere hiit workout

Here’s a quick little circuit that I do when I am prepping myself for my @strongbyzumba classes and get to train outdoors. It’s as simple as ... 3 rounds of each set w/o any breaks in between. 
1. Squat jump (24)
2. Bridge to toe tap (24 / 12 each side)
3. Bear crawl (8) to a back run (6 sets)
4. Plank to inward side kick ( 24/ 12 each side)
5. Diagonal lunge to forward lunge (8 on each side)
Rinse...REPEAT!!
