You know those fuzzy warm socks 🧦 you got as a 🎁? Let’s put them to good use!!!
#Natworksout straight from CT where I am currently freezing my 🍑 off in 9 degree weather and a trip to the gym is too dreadful to think about since it means going outside the house. 😖
Here are a few bodyweight exercises that I did today as little Max kept me company. 
These workouts will focus on glutes, hamstrings, quads and core and the socks add a little extra something to really go deeper into that muscle work. 💪🏻 Perfect for that post holiday guilt or a great save for your New Years resolution.
